George S. Benson Auditorium

Once growing enrollment made meeting in the Administration Auditorium a challenge for the student body, a new auditorium was needed. The Benson Auditorium, named after Harding’s second president, was finished in 1980. The auditorium remains the home of daily chapel, homecoming productions, Spring Sing, and the American Studies Institute Distinguished Lecture Series.
